SunDial LLC and Second Generation Energy LLC form Strategic Partnership

Sundial LLC and Second Generation Energy LLC of Hopedale MA have entered into a strategic partnership. Sundial LLC is a commercial for profit holding company which offers financial instruments and services geared towards Solar Energy including Solar Power Purchase Agreements, Solar Leases, and Rebate and Incentive Financing. Second Generation Energy LLC, formed in 2008, is a Massachusetts based Solar Integrator and Energy Efficiency Services Company that was recently recognized by the Mass High Tech Journal as a ‘Growing Business to Watch’. As a NABCEP certified installer, Second Generation has 500 kW of installed PV capacity and is on target to achieve double digit growth in 2010. The forged partnership is designed to bring a host of financial services to Second Generation’s client’s that assist and support solar development that may otherwise be impossible. Among the services offered by Sundial are small commercial Solar Power Purchase Agreements and SREC based transactions. Likewise, SunDial will choose Second Generation as its contractor of choice for all of its Solar Development needs. Sundial and Second Generation have entered into 300 kW in development contracts for 2010. They are actively negotiating on another 1 MW.
